Charlie swapped a career in wildlife to serve the community with his genuine passion in health and wellness – assisting those facing physical and mental challenges to discover a more fulfilling life with a science-backed approach and personal care.
With a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology, Charlie has excelled in the industry, now growing a community health collective: Sunshine Health Group.
Tessa is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who graduated from the local USC. Her in depth knowledge on using exercise as a treatment approach in managing chronic conditions, disabilities, pain, and overall health, is a valuable addition to our team.

Tessa values the power of building rapport with her clients to provide a sound foundation in achieving their goals. She has vast experience working with clients of all ages and abilities and is committed to help create better outcomes for her clients.

Sarah is an Accredited EP who graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2022. Passionate about using movement and exercise as powerful tools to support health, function, and quality of life, Sarah utilises an empathetic, evidence-based, and client-centered approach.

Sarah has great experience with a variety of clients and shows a special interest in working with children and those living with neurological and age-related conditions. Whether it's helping kids build confidence through physical activity or supporting clients in improving mobility and independence, Sarah loves being part of each individual’s unique journey.
